High performance handmade modern quad surfboard fin set in full matt Fibreglass.
The Template, Foil and Flex of this quad fin combo, is all about high performance and high speed carving. The full fiberglass construction enables these fins to be made with a slimmer profile whilst maintaining a stiffer flex pattern. This profile offers less drag and hi speed control when travelling mach 1 with steez on your quad.
The weave orientation and stiffer natural flex pattern of our full fibreglass surfboard fins allows you to turn with no loss of power when you jam your foot down.. This means channeling the kinetic energy and pressure off the wave face to its fullest and speeding faster out of the turn.
The Sangoma Quad fin fronts have a beautifully hand sanded convex outside face to compliment the flat inside foil. The outside foil is optimized to harness the water flow and integrated perfectly to work with the inside foil. The flatness of the inside foil gives an even combination of drive, pivot and hold allowing the fins to bite and break free quickly and easily out of speed runs.
A very consistent and reliable fin in a variety of conditions, the Sangoma quad fin set has around 6mm more sweep/rake than the BRox quad set. This makes them perfect for the surfer looking to wind off those big carving spray arcs down the line….isn’t that what quads are all about !! The smaller quad rear trailer fins are symmetrically 50/50 foiled for even water flow, giving the whole set a great balance of speed, control, flow and release.
The Sangoma quad set are high caliber handmade fins offering the natural flex properties of high quality 100% fiberglass and resin.
Suited to beachies and reveling in the points. This is a medium sized fin combo (66kg-88kg) that works in small and large waves alike. To mix up your feel try out the “Batwing rear trailers” with this set, which allow for more rapid response direction changes in the beachies or points.
